Lowline Bulls

Fullbloods

Registered Name: Fairwyn's Power

Barn name: Power

Sex: Bull

Birthdate: 2/22/04

Birthweight: 56

Color: Black

Examples of Power's offspring can be seen on any of the cow pages, along with Peanut and Pogo on this page..

Power is pretty cool. He's funny. He tries to play tough, but if you stand up to him and let him know you aren't intimidated, he turns into a teddy bear and wants petted, scratched and treats. His sire, BR New Vision, was reportedly a heck of a bull, and there are quite a few high-quality females out of him; Power is the only fullblood bull registered with the ALR that was sired by New Vision. Power's dam, Natesa, was the dam of Fairwyn's Machine, one of the most popular bulls in the Lowline breed (he won top honors at the National Western Stock Show). So, Power has a combination of genetics that are unique and, ironically, POWERFUL. He throws small calves that hit the ground running and grow faster than weeds!

Sex: Bull

Birthdate: 2/25/08

Birthweight: not on file

Color: Tan

Peanut is an awesome bull! He was amazing from the start and just continued to impress us. He has gone on to a different home to be a herd bull for a gentleman in Olathe, Colorado, but we are excited to see pictures of his offspring when they arrive in the world!

March 2010 - Peanut had 2 babies on the ground and 2 more on the way when I spoke to his new owner. Small babies, so no difficulties calving and the calves are growing like crazy.

Registered Name: Not registered

Barn name: Pogo

Sex: Bull

Birthdate: 4/17/09

Birthweight: 57

Color: Black

Pogo is out of our #16 commercial cow and Power. Like Peanut he has been astounding since the day he was born. The picture was the day he was born (#16 calved in the early afternoon). He has grown to be a very impressive bull. This is the type of growth we expect out of Power babies and find that we aren't disappointed!
